Registration Rates

The rate schedule is as follows:

Early Bird Rate - $130.00 (FAI Members); $145.00 (non-FAI Members)

Regular Rate - $175.00 (FAI Members); $195.00 (non-FAI Members)

Late Rate - $195.00 (FAI Members); $220.00 (non-FAI Members)

Walk-up Rate - $200.00 (FAI Members); $225.00 (non-FAI Members)

Meals

• Meals plans will be purchased directly from the hosting facility, Blue Ridge Assembly, when registration opens

• A full meal package includes 8 meals beginning with dinner on Sunday, May 9th and concluding with breakfast on Wednesday, May 12th

• A commuter meal plan will be available for those attendees staying off site. This plan includes lunch and dinner, not breakfast.

Cancellation Policy

If you pay for registration and are unable to attend the conference, please send us an email. If canceled 30 or more days in advance, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded, less any third party fees; between five (5) and 30 days in advance, 75% will be refunded. Cancellations received within fewer than five days do not qualify for a refund. In the case of extenuating circumstances, the conference committee may consider exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis.
