Registration Rates

The rate schedule is as follows:

Early Bird Rate - $130.00 (11/14/25 - 1/14/26 EXTENDED TO 2/6/26!)

Regular Rate - $175.00 (1/15/26 2/7/26- 3/31/26)

Late Rate - $195.00 (4/1/26 - 5/27/26)

Walk-up Rate - $200.00 (5/28/26)

Meals

• Breakfast is provided by the conference hotel free of charge for those staying in the hotel room block.

• One boxed lunch (Friday or Saturday, TBD) is included with conference registration for all attendees, courtesy of the City of Owensboro.

• A catered Meal Plan is available for purchase for $140. The plan includes four meals: dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, plus one lunch.

• All Meal Plan meals will be served buffet style and there will be options for those with dietary restrictions.

Cancellation Policy

If you pay for registration and are unable to attend the conference, please send us an email. If canceled 30 or more days in advance, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded, less any third party fees; between five (5) and 30 days in advance, 75% will be refunded. Cancellations received within fewer than five days do not qualify for a refund. In the case of extenuating circumstances, the conference committee may consider exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis.
