Conference Registration and Fees

Online registration for the 2020 conference will open December 1, 2019.

Register early and join FAI to save. All conference attendees must register, including scholarship award winners, official showcase artists, and FAI Regional representatives. Special rates apply to students, presenters and media, and we offer limited-time reduced rates to official showcase applicants and scholarship applicants who did not receive a scholarship. Read more below.

What Does Registration Include?

Registration includes access to all conference events, including a special event on Wednesday night and dinner before official showcases on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Registration does not include breakfast and lunch — these meals are available for purchase individually. Registration also does not include your hotel reservation.

Registration Cancellation Policy

If you pay for registration and are unable to attend the conference, please send us an email. If canceled 30 or more days in advance, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded; between five (5) and 30 days in advance, 75% will be refunded. Cancellations received within fewer than five days do not qualify for a refund. In the case of extenuating circumstances, the conference committee may consider exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis.
