Volunteer Opportunities
Candid shots from the 2011 Conference!
This conference cannot happen without your participation. Volunteers will be working closely with existing SERFA staff members. We need your help in the following areas:
- Conference Registration – help out at the registration desk during the conference.
- Bag Stuffing – help put together the registration bags the Wednesday before the conference.
- Workshop Coordinators – help the conference workshops run smoothly; room set up, monitor times, etc.
- Showcase Coordinators – help the showcases run smoothly and on time, communicate with performers before and during showcases
- Fundraising Coordinator – reach out to potential sponsors for donations of money, goods, and services.
- Public Relations Coordinator
- Venue Outreach Committee Members – liaison with venues that would benefit by participating in SERFA and in the conference.
- Organization Outreach Committee Members
- Graphic Designers
- State Representatives – coordinate communications and participation in each of the SERFA member states
