SERFA Public Listserv
Anyone is welcome to join the public SERFA listserv. The listserv provides an excellent forum for discussing all things relevant to the folk music community in the Southeast. All we ask is that if you are going to post a message to the listserv, it must be something useful to all of our subscribers. Please don’t post about your gig on Saturday night, or the great article in the local newspaper about your venue unless there is information or an opportunity available to everyone. Other than that, be polite, be friendly, and share your thoughts and ideas. We are, after all, a community!

We also have a separate listserv available as an additional resource for venue owners and presenters who are SERFA members. Venue owners may share information, ideas, and tips on the many challenges they face, such as cost reduction, improving turnout, artist relations, etc. Due to the nature of many of the discussions, artists may NOT join the venue listserv. However, we invite all artists to join the SERFA Public Listserv mentioned above.
