Registration & Fees

Registration includes access to all conference events. Register early and join FAI to save. All conference attendees must register, including scholarship award winners and FAI Regional representatives. 

Online registration closed

Online registration closed May 10 at 9pm. Registration on site at the Assembly Inn will be available on Thursday, May 18 and throughout the conference. If you have questions, contact the registrar.  

Cancellation policy

If you pay for registration and are unable to attend the conference, contact the registrar. If canceled 30 or more days in advance, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded; between five (5) and 30 days in advance, 75% will be refunded. Cancellations received within fewer than five days do not qualify for a refund. In the case of extenuating circumstances, the conference committee may consider exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis.

Standard Register between 4/2/17 and 5/10/17, 9pm.



In Person; Online Registration Closed After 5/10/17 9pm, register in person at conference.



Official Showcase Applicant Register between March 18 and April 15. After April 15, normal rates apply. Those selected to perform must be FAI members.

Presenter/Venue Rep or Folk DJ Register online before 5/10/17. After 5/10, register in person.

One-Day Only Register online before 5/10/17. After 5/10, register in person.


Student Register online before 5/10/17. After 5/10, register in person. Must be registered at an educational institution for Spring 2017; present ID at conference check-in.


Scholarship Applicant Those who are not granted a scholarship may register at the Super Early Bird FAI member rate.
