Registration & Fees

Register early and join FAI to save. All conference attendees must register, including scholarship award winners and FAI Regional representatives. Please be prepared to pay when you register.

Official Showcase Applicants: Do not register until you are notified by the Official Showcase Coordinator. Applicants will be notified by March 18.You will be entitled to register at a reduced rate.  All members of a performing act must be members of FAI and register for the conference.

 

Cancellation policy

If you pay for registration and are unable to attend the conference, contact the registrar. If canceled 30 or more days in advance, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded; between five (5) and 30 days in advance, 75% will be refunded. Cancellations received within fewer than five days do not qualify for a refund. In the case of extenuating circumstances, the conference committee may consider exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis.
