2018 Registration & Fees

Registration includes access to all conference events. Register early and join FAI to save. All conference attendees must register, including scholarship award winners and FAI Regional representatives. 

Note: If you apply for an official showcase, you must register as an artist.

Online registration opens December 1, 2017

Online registration will open for the 2018 conference on December 1, 2017 and closes on May 9, 2018.  On site registration at the Assembly Inn will be available Wednesday, May 16, 2018 and throughout the conference. If you have questions, contact the registrar.

Cancellation policy

If you pay for registration and are unable to attend the conference, contact the registrar. If canceled 30 or more days in advance, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded; between five (5) and 30 days in advance, 75% will be refunded. Cancellations received within fewer than five days do not qualify for a refund. In the case of extenuating circumstances, the conference committee may consider exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis.
