You must make your own lodging reservations. This is not included in your registration for the conference.

Make RESERVATIONS ONLINE here. Read the "Terms and Conditions" and "Make Your Room Reservation Online" sections carefully. These rooms and rates are guaranteed until April 18th, 2012, so don't delay.

There are many different room configurations available at Montreat, and the prices vary accordingly. Please read the room descriptions carefully and select a room that suits your needs. 

Montreat is located in a 4,000-acre cove of the Blue Ridge Mountains, where relatively mild weather allows visitors to enjoy the conference center year-round. Casual, informal clothing, an umbrella, a sweater, and comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Wifi is available at Montreat. Isn't that a relief? You can attend SERFA and stay connected. Beautiful.

Meals:

Dining together!Meals are a great part of the networking and community building and fun at SERFA. Plus, the food is great.  The meal plan includes dinner on Thursday Night, lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday, and brunch on Sunday.  SERFA will provide a continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday. Please reserve your meals directly with The Montreat Conference Center. Please note that meals must be ordered in advance.  The staff at Montreat will gladly try to accommodate any special needs you may have.
